It was nice to get out of town and see other parts of the area. The island is very cute and rustic, but very close to Quebec City. You taste... read more chocolate, nougat, cassis wine and apple wine.Everything you try is very sweet so you may want to have a light meal before. Our guide was fun and shared lots of information. We also met several people on the tour from other parts of the US...it was fun chatting with them. The meeting place is past the hotel before you get to the tourist center...once you see the sign you will know you are in the right place. Our guide was happy to drop you off at your hotel which was nice due to how cold it was...one couple would have had a long walk back to their hotel, but she was able to easily drop them off along the route back to the meeting point.

  The shuttle never came. We tried to call them several times and to contact them with tripadvisor but never got an answer... and that was 3 weeks ago!

  Good chance to experience the wine and treats Quebec has to offer. Went to chocolate factory, cider house and winery.

Despite contacting them 4 times, via 3 different means, beginning two months before the tour, I am still waiting for an answer to my question. Their lack of response has cetainly sullied my opinion of the company. I probably wouldn't book with them again in future, which is a shame because the guide/driver was great.
